The game is a remarkable innovations to the 3D shooter genre, including a fast-paced style of gameplay reminiscent of 2D bullet hell shooters. In ths free version game player is playing the role of Sam Gideon, a chain smoker with a cool suit. Sam must team up with large Steve Blum and his army of Moon-Men to both stop Baldest Man from firing the microwave gun again as well as find someone he’s looking for. But much like my mental health, everything spiraled out of control real quick and Sam is forced to do cool things. The player is a DARPA agent armed with the Augmented Reaction Suit. Vanquish is a sci-fi shooter of epic proportions with a fast, fluid and frenetic combat system, and an engaging and immersive storyline. The Weaponry of a player consists of the BLADE weapons system and two types of grenade. The BLADE system can store up to three weapons at a time, with the player able to swap weapons if he encounters a new one. Players can aid injured allies on the field to earn weapons, or find them in crates or weapon lockers. In Normal and Hard difficulty, weapons are downgraded if the player dies. Player have to race to the top of the online leaderboards with a rewarding scoring system and multiple difficulty modes that ensure challenging replayability. In this free version game their is a unique offensive and defensive moves that vary with player loadout. It has also significantly improved upon the cover system, which it has been credited for taking “to the next level”. The game also has a unique end credits rail shooting sequence, depicting the faces of staff members on asteroids. Weapons and the grenades, can be upgraded by collecting upgrade boxes, or by collecting the same type of weapon while it has maximum ammunition. In Normal and Hard difficulty, weapons are downgraded if the player dies.
